Collection: RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The incorrect product was delivered.

1.2 To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1 Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used items.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless defective).

3. Return Process

3.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via:

3.2 Provide the following details when requesting a return:

  • Order ID.
  • Reason for return.
  • Photos of the defective/damaged product.

3.3 Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.


4. Exchange Process

4.1 Exchanges are processed based on product availability.
4.2 If the requested product for exchange is unavailable, you will be offered:

  • A replacement of a similar product.
  • A store credit or refund as per your preference.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refunds will be initiated after the returned product passes quality checks.
5.2 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
5.3 Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.


6. Return Shipping Costs

6.1 For defective or damaged products, return shipping costs will be borne by us.
6.2 For all other reasons, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order so you can do it by logging into your account or by informing us at our email address within 24 hours of the purchase. If a product is dispatched from our premises then it will not be applicable for cancellation. Product exchange is not possible as mentioned above, and if you wish to change or upgrade your order then it must be done from your account after cancelling the initial order if the shipment process is not started.

Please note that we don’t have any access to make such amendments in customer’s account.
